I’m Bummed Romney’s out, but don’t give up the fight against liberal, socialist candidates!

Yep, I’m bummed Romney’s out of the race, but I have to say he gave a very classy speech about his reasons. He doesn’t want his continued run to split the party so much that we don’t have a good shot at winning the white house. He said:

“Frankly, I’d be making it easier for Senator Clinton or Obama to win. I simply cannot let my campaign be a part of aiding a surrender to terror.”

“If this were only about me, I’d go on. But it’s never been only about me. Because I love America in this time of war, I feel I now have to stand aside for our party and for our country.”

Now, it would be easy for us to be so down about our remaining candidates that we just give up, but we CANNOT DO THAT! Even though we don’t have an ideal candidate and even though I do disagree with him on several things, he’s still a better candidate than Hillary and Obama.

We don’t want socialism and we don’t want a president who’s going to make us a weaker nation. Therefore, we still must press forward with what we have. Don’t be so angry that you don’t vote in November. All that does is allow Hillary or Obama to win. If you won’t vote FOR McCain, at least vote AGAINST Hillary or Obama. We’ve got to try and save this country and minimize the damage that’s done over the next 4 years, and then maybe we can get a REAL conservative in the white house next time.
